What I have come to understand is that choice warranty does not include maintenance. so unless the call is for repair or replace as in broken calling for a tech is a waste of money. given that my tech was very good and did a great job he is not at fault for choice policy.

We had Just Better install our new HVAC and were really impressed with their customer service throughout the process. Their quote was detailed and beat two other companies we talked to. They communicated throughout the process and were very professional.

Today Anthony came to clean the ducts. He did an outstanding job — was exceptionally thorough. He was very polite and respectful of our property. He even cleaned up - swept and vacuumed all areas he worked in. Great job. Thanks!
